Choosing A Lawyer

When trying to determine who to retain as a lawyer, there are several questions you should ask:

How much of your time is spent handling similar claims?
How many times have you tried a personal injury claim?
Will the firm handle my case itself or refer the case to someone else?
Does the firm have the financial resources available to handle a claim like mine?

During a time of such intense stress, it is also important that you retain lawyers with whom you can communicate and with whom you feel comfortable. Our firm strives to make sure that you know everyone in the firm who may touch your case, so that you know all of the persons you can contact to find out information, and so that you are never left feeling uninformed.

Because we believe that our integrity is an asset for our clients, we do not accept cases where a prospective client wishes to exaggerate injuries or refuses to accept any responsibility in an accident in which fault should be shared. We will always aggressively represent our clients, but we will do so honestly and ethically because, in the long run, whatever the truth is will be known and juries will see through anything other than the truth. As a result, we present our cases so that a jury can see that the truth is on our side and can find in favor of our clients. We believe our approach has contributed to our success at trial. See Verdicts and Settlements sections of our website for examples.
