Bob McCracken is also one of the founding members of Roush, McCracken, Guerrero & Ortega. He is a 1972 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. Since 1972, he has practiced law in Phoenix, representing individual clients and their families who have been seriously injured or harmed by the neglect of others. For over 35 years, he has pursued the rights of such clients against such special interest groups as construction companies, hospitals, medical providers, trucking companies, banks, and insurance companies.

Mr. McCracken along with Jeffrey Miller are recognized experts in the field of trucking accidents and litigation. For the past three years, they have spoken at the annual Trucking Litigation seminar that has been held in Arizona. Mr. McCracken’s other main area of specialty is medical malpractice, particularly cases involving birth trauma and all areas of surgery.
